I heard about this guy on NPR a couple of weeks ago. They described him a young brewer from Arizona. They didn't mention anything about the publicity stunt leading up to it and the american-idol like way of selecting the winner. Lucky Bastard!
"receiving roughly a case of free beer each month to sample". I bet he too suffers from the condition: Not ever enough beer in the fridge.
