This is the fastest win of the entire game I have seen. I dreamed of this as a youth.
So apparently there is a game called MUGEN, that is based on the 2D gaming platform. You can create your own backgrounds and characters using C programming. That is what I understand so far. If you know more, leave a comment. These are videos of games people have made.

I don't think I ever did beat the first mario. Now I just feel like a loser. How Mario managed to live through all those plants nibbling on his ass - i'll never know.
