Another successful week of tracking fluid intake! FYI: I have changed "Whiskey!" to "Hard Stuff" to simplify things. Also, please note that I attended the sacred "EXTREME BEERFEST" on Feb. 23, which was great, and accounts for extreme beer intake that day!
POINT OF INTEREST: Despite "BEERFEST" my beer totals from the week before were higher than this past week. Interesting. I would not have predicted that.
POINT OF INTEREST 2: No wine or soda for 2 weeks? Interesting. I would not have predicted that.
Some totals for February so far are:
H2O = 1218.00 oz
BEER = 400.00 oz
COFFEE = 234.00 oz
MILK = 68.00 oz
WHISKEY = 9.50 oz
TEA = 8.00 oz
JUICE = 16.00 oz
Total Fluid oz = 1953.50 oz (15.26 gal)
Avg. Fluid Intake = 0.90 gal/day

Well, it has been a week of fluid tracking and the results are listed above. That is through Feb. 20th. I did not include today since it is not over yet. As a reminder, the Whiskey! column includes all "hard stuff"(like Schnapps for example)and is not just whiskey, which I know is confusing. I may change that in the future because I am not drinking much whiskey.
Some totals for February so far are:
H2O = 682.00 oz
BEER = 222.00 oz
COFFEE = 142.00 oz
MILK = 42.00 oz
WHISKEY = 9.50 oz
TEA = 8.00 oz
JUICE = 6.00 oz
Total Fluid oz = 1111.50 oz (8.68 gal)
Avg. Fluid Intake = 0.87 gal/day

For the sake of science, I've decided to start tracking my daily fluid intake! "Why should I care", you may ask? You shouldn't, I said it was for the sake of science, damn it! (Professor Farnsworth moment, I apologize.) But there it is in black and white...and also some blue, red, yellow and other colors, what is that a turquoise? Anyways, I feel the chart is pretty self explanatory. You can see I had three pints of beer and a whiskey on the 13th. ( Note: The Whiskey!! column will also represent any other "Hard Stuff" I drink. But being it is winter, I plan on only drinking Whiskey!! if I drink "Hard Stuff". END NOTE) So who are you rooting for? Looks like water has a good lead, but when beer is involved, you never know.
